Post Transform Programme Ongoing Coaching
We will continue to build on your good work, and keep progressing your exercise programming and nutrition so that you continue your health transformation journey. We'll continue working on habit building and mindset techniques to have you winning at life and I'll teach you more breathwork techniques too.
We'll continue the weekly check ins, and ongoing messaging support, but drop down to one 121 call a month.

Hi, I'm Emma, founder of Peak Woman and Peak Pregnancy Coaching and based in the lovely Royal Leamington Spa in the UK. I'm a passionate women's health advocate and would love to help you get to your best health yet!
I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Association for Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach, and Yoga and Breathwork Teacher so you can trust that you're in good hands. I've also trained to be a specialist Pre and Postnatal Personal Trainer and have specialist knowledge on all things women's health- a skillset often lacking in what is still a male-dominated industry.
I've gathered my extensive women's health knowledge over the years as I've been travelling on my own physical and mental health journey always with the aim of sharing the most effective techniques I have learnt.
My approach is both nurturing (no beating yourself up allowed!!) but firm, I'm here to support you but also to ensure that we keep seeing progress and getting you closer to your goals.
